Doors are built in an L shape to extend out around a machine that protrudes past its base

 

 


Once the doors are opened you have full access to three sides of the protrusion


Back of enclosure has a framed cut out for wires & pipes


Ceiling designed to accept a standard 2' x 4' hepa

Ceiling hepa keeps the particle count down in this semiconductor machine. Pocket doors allow for three sides access to the part of the machine that requires the operator to load.
